Dear Valued DDC Member:
Brink’s is looking forward to working closely with the Diamond Dealers Club (DDC). Through our recently-signed partnership with the club, we will be able to best provide all services needed to ensure your deliveries are safe, on-time and tracked to your specifications.
We are providing a self-service shipping center right on the trading floor via Brink’s Online for all domestic and international shipments including FedEx and UPS. Our customer support center is available during business hours, with well-trained representatives to provide the specialized help required for your highly sensitive shipments. With this agreement we will be able to offer you an opportunity for a preferred rate as a DDC member.
Our Brink’s Online (BOL) services provide additional convenience to help manage your valuables. BOL the secure web application allows easy shipping and invoicing at your fingertips. We will be launching the program for all members on January 7, 2014 on the DDC trading floor where we can sit down with you get you signed up for BOL, and walk you through how it works so you are comfortable with using the tool.
Below is a packet including the preferred rates for all members for Domestic UPS/FedEx, and FedEx International. Along with the rates is a restriction list for international shipments, and a registration form to allow you to sign up for this program. Once the form is filled out please forward it to the below contact via email or fax.
