I understand that anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or is displaying any symptoms of COVID-19 may not enter building or DDC premises. *

I understand that, except when alone at their assigned table, everyone must wear face masks that cover both their mouth and nose whenever they are on DDC or building premises (including but not limited to, the trading floor, hallways, bathrooms, elevators, and building lobby). *

I understand that building rules require that I maintain six feet of social distancing at all times on building property, including in the lobby, hallways, and elevators, and that a maximum of four people are allowed in an elevator at any one time. I understand that I will need to follow building rules directing traffic, including using the designated entry and exit lanes. *

I understand that members will have to follow the designated floor markings made by both the DDC and the building in order to maintain social distancing, including where to stand while waiting to enter the Club and building, and must follow directional arrows on the floor for paths to take through the Club and building. *

I understand that tables are assigned on a first come first served basis. I may not switch my seat to another table regardless of whether it is vacant or if the person who was using it left. *

I understand that the table assigned to me will be used only for working. The cafeteria will be converted to working tables, and members will need to bring their own food and eat at their tables. (In compliance with NYS guidelines, no game playing will be allowed.) Initially, no public use computers will be available. As soon as possible, the Club will add a limited number of working tables that have computers, for work use only, assigned on a first come, first served basis. *

I understand that when showing or viewing goods, I must follow New York’s legally required procedure and wear a mask that covers my mouth and nose, sanitize my hands before and after meeting, and wear gloves at all times that I am meeting with someone. I understand that I will be required to follow DDC rules regarding designated merchandise pickup and drop-off areas. *

I understand that members may not congregate in the aisles of the trading floor, or the building lobbies or hallways. I understand that no minyanim will occur, either on the DDC premises or in the hallways. *

I understand that if I do not comply with these rules, the Club will bar my entry to its premises so that the DDC can remain in compliance with New York State and New York City law. *
