    DDC Reopening Form

    We look forward to reopening as soon as it is safe and legal to do so. In advance of entering the club, all members are required to complete the certifications below, and agree that you will abide by the state and city mandated reopening requirements, as well as rules mandated by our building. Please understand that we are required to enact these procedures to comply with the law and to keep our members as safe as possible. Failure of the DDC to follow the state and city mandated rules could result in the shuttering of the club, a situation we all wish to avoid. 


    We understand that these rules will cause some inconvenience to our members, and for that we sincerely apologize, and appreciate your understanding. Rest assured that as the COVID-19 situation evolves and the regulations change, we hope to be able to relax some of these rules. In addition, during this phase of reopening, the Club will be closed on Fridays in order to facilitate a deep cleaning. We sincerely thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this challenging and unprecedented time.
