The mission of the Diamond Dealers Club of New York is to foster the interests of the diamond, colored stone and jewelry industry by:
- Providing, regulating and maintaining a facility as a Diamond Dealers Club;
- Fostering just and equitable principles in trade;
- Establishing and promoting industry-wide standards of disclosure;
- Disseminating accurate and reliable information;
- Providing arbitration tribunals to adjudicate differences and controversies among its members and others;
- Abiding by the by-laws and resolutions of the World Federation of Diamond Bourses, in accordance with its membership in that federation;
- Cooperating with governmental agencies, corporations, persons and partnerships to the betterment of ethical and economic conditions;
- Carrying out the activities and objectives of the organization in accordance with the laws of the State of New York and of the United States of America.
